Pick-up starting numbers and chips
The team captain has to pick up the bib numbers and chips of the whole team at the registration tent (Charles De Costerlaan). He/she will receive 1 big envelope in which he will find 6 personal envelopes (eacht with starting number and chip) for the 6 team members. With these 6 envelopes, you can also pick-up your T-shirts (if you ordered any).
Everybody has to run with chip! This chip should be attached to your shoe using the small loop and will register your time more accurately. Our collaborators will cut off the chips at the relay points.

Race and relay points
The Relay Marathon starts at 10 am at the Gloriantlaan (together with the Marathon). You will find the course soon on this website.
There are several liquid stations along the course with water and sports drinks.
Runners 1 and 2 start at Linkeroever (relay point nr 1 is 100m from the start) and have to walk to their starting point / relay point.
Runners 3, 4, 5 and 6 meet at the Charles De Costerlaan and will be transported to their relay point by bus. After completing their distance, runners 2, 3, 4 and 5 will be brought to the Groenplaats (150 m away from the finish at the Grand-Place) by bus. Runner 1 can take the free Flandria-boat (Linkeroever - Sint-Annastrand) to cross the Schelde and go to the Grand-Place.
If you would like to return with the team to Linkeroever, you can take the free tram at the Groenplaats to Linkeroever - F. Van Eedenplein (Tramway 2, 3, 5 & 15). F. Van Eedenplein is only a couple of minutes walking from the "Antwerp Running Village" (Charles De Costerlaan) where you can enjoy the rest of the day.
The sports bags will also be transported from point to point. Runners take their clothing along on the bus to their place of departure (except runners 1 & 2). Sports bags are loaded in a van which drives to the next relay where the runner can pick them up again after completing his/her distance.
Of cours you are free to go to the relay points on your own!
