Water and High Energy* AA drink will be available at the fluid stations every 5 km. Bananas will be available at the fluid stations at km 15, 25 and 35.

* AA Drink High Energy = 67 kcal/100 mg, 16,5 gr carbo hydrates

Personal Drinks: you can leave your personal drinks at the dedicated van (Charles de Costerlaan - Linkeroever), on Sunday April 20th between 7.30 am and 9.00 am. Our staff will distribute these to the 8 fluid stations (every 5 km) on the course
