Can I still register/pay on site?
On-site registration is possible on Friday 24/04 (3 PM to 8 PM), Saturday 25/04 (11 AM to 5 PM) and Sunday 26/04 (from 7:30 AM) at the Expo tent (Charles De Costerlaan) on the Left Bank. Payment on site is also possible.
Can I still change distance on site?
Yes, you can. You first collect your chest number and then report with it at the Trouble desk, where you re-register for the distance of your choice.
I registered in a group. How do I obtain my bib number?
If you registered in a group, you will not receive an individual confirmation mail, and consequently you won't be able to pick up your bib number personally. The person responsible for the group is responsible for picking up the chest numbers of everyone in the group at the registration tent (Charles De Costerlaan) and for distributing the package to the whole group.

Friday 24 April: 15.00hrs to 20.00hrs
Saturday 25 April: 11.00hrs to 17.00hrs
Sunday 26 April: from 07.30hrs
For the relay marathon, can we still change the order amongst ourselves?
Yes, you can still change order amongst yourselves by completing the changes form, which you can find in the large envelope that the team captain needs to collect at the pre-registration tent at Charles De Costerlaan. Return with the completed form to the Trouble desk, which is also at Charles De Costerlaan.
May the relay be run with less than 6 people?
No, this is not possible! After all, every chest number and every chip is linked to a unique person.
Are there showers, and where?
For the ING Antwerp 10 Miles, NO showers are available. However, a changing room is available at the start and finish (near the storage for sports bags). Due to the large number of participants, it is impossible provide sufficient shower capacity.
Showers ARE available for the ING Antwerp Marathon. As a marathon runner, you are exclusively entitled to use these. A shuttle service runs back and forth between the Groenplaats and the shower facilities in the Paleisstraat 108 (2km). Only runners with either marathon or relay marathon chest number are admitted!
In total, there are 48 individual showers available with their own changing room. The showers are open between 12 PM and 4:30 PM. A changing room is also provided on the Left Bank (in tents near the start) and at the finish of the marathon and relay marathon (in tents on the Groenplaats - 150 m from the Grote Markt).

Is there free access to public transport for participants?
Participants also pay for public transport. You only pay €1.60 for a return trip on the special 10 Miles shuttle busses, which run between P+R Metropolis and the start/finish.
With their chest number, participants to the marathon and relay marathon can enjoy free transport from the finish (at the Groenplaats) to the Left Bank (F. Van Eeden).
Can somebody follow me by bicycle?
For safety reasons, cyclists are not allowed on the course.
During the kids run, may a parent run along to accompany his/her kid?
No, this is not allowed. There are lead runners/assistants provided by the organisation. The parents can wait for their kids at the finish based on the getting-lost paths that have been installed there.
