Provisioning
Personal drinks: You can drop off your personal drinks at the info booth in the Conquantenaire Park (at the start). Our staff will distribute these to the 8 refreshment stations (every 5k) on the course.
Provisioning: banana, water and sports drinks
Refreshments: water and sponges

* Sports drink = bottles AA Drink - 0,33 l
* Water = bottles of mineral water - 0,5 l
